DiscussionStream is a web-based platform that enables users to create and manage interactive discussions, allowing audiences to ask questions and share thoughts in real-time. The service includes:

• Creating and managing discussion sessions
• Real-time question and answer functionality
• User profile management
• Subscription-based premium features
• Integration with third-party payment processors

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

DiscussionStream offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 discussions with default branding
• Pro Plan: Unlimited discussions with personalized branding

4.2 Billing and Payment

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We use Stripe as our payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Upon cancellation, Pro features will be disabled at the end of your paid period

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Content and Intellectual Property
